We recommend that you check your email messages regularly in case your writer or our customer services personnel are trying to communicate with you i.e. to ask questions and provide updates, etc. Likewise, if you have any order-related questions or want updates, you can communicate with your assigned writer through our messaging system.

If you find our representatives are still trying to identify a writer for your order, you need not worry. We give our writers freedom to choose orders as a way of ensuring your paper goes to the most suitable writer i.e. one with in-depth knowledge and relevant experience in the field your assignment relates to. Therefore, only a writer who is comfortable with your particular requirements will work on your order.

Should you find your paper’s instructions change i.e. if your tutor changes them, you may submit (or resubmit) new guidelines. However, please note that this can only be done before a writer has begun work on your order or while they are still in the early stages.   • Download your completed paper from your personal account area

As your deadline approaches keep checking your email messages and personal account area. We will notify you by email when your paper is ready. This message will contain a link to your account from where your paper can be downloaded. Should you encounter any problems with the download process, we can send your paper by email.

Read and review the paper you receive and tell us whether you think we did a good job or not! You can also write a testimonial on our company’s website. If your paper needs revising, you may request a free revision for:

  • Up to 48 hours (2 days) past deadline for orders of 1 – 20 pages
  • Up to 30 days for orders of 20+ pages.

However, we cannot offer free revisions if you change your original instructions.
